  • Aldermaston Coaches Fleet List: Ready for service in July was Volvo / Plaxton V785 MJM. Thanks to Brian Coney for this.
  • Courtney Coaches Fleet List: Optare Solos YG52 DHJ/K were acquired from Docklands Minibus during July, and Olympian H859 PTW from Dublin Bus during August. K18-20 CLL were withdrawn during August. Thanks to Brian Coney for this.
  • Thames Travel Fleet List: BD02 HDV was upseated to B13F from B8F in July, whilst W682 MVV was withdrawn during August, returning to Dawson Rentals. Thanks to Brian Coney for this.
  • Weavaway Travel Fleet List: NBZ 70 was reregistered to its original E113 FNU before sale as was NDZ 70 to its E681 UNE. B10 MLT has been reregistered C454 GKE and W19 CKY has returned to X501 AHE. New during August were DAF / VanHools L549 EHD and LUI 9692 from Holmeswood, dealer. Thanks to Brian Coney for this.

  • Reading Transport Fleet List: 471 has lost its MegaRear. The new OmniDekkas will allow the withdrawal of all the remaining Leyland Titans and Mk 1 Metrobuses in the fleet, with existing step entrance vehicles being cascaded to replace those allocated to Newbury and Goldline.
  • Reading Transbus Envrio300s: New photo of 973 added
  • Reading Bus Fares: Fares increase from 04-01-04
  • Reading Historical Bus Fares: NEW PAGE! with details about recent fare scales and systems
  • Newbury Bus Fares: Page given new look. Newbury fares rose from 01-12-03, but no details are currently available
  • Reading Area Bus Routes: Link to Traveline Southeast updated following their systems revamp
  • Stagecoach South Midlands Fleet List: 52298 is now in reserve wearing partial National Express shuttle livery. 40128 has returned from Banbury to Leamington, allowing 40654 to move from Leamington to Rugby and 41504 to be withdrawn from Rugby. 42588 is confirmed back in service at Banbury following repairs.

  • Reading Transport Fleet List: 17 new Scania OmniDekkas are on order for delivery in 09/10-2003, currently expected to become 801-17 and wear a new double deck livery. Thanks to Brian Coney for this. Recently acquired Titan 67 will now not enter service, but become a source for spares. Thanks to Mac Head for this.
  • Reading Former Optare MetroRiders: 613 has passed from Stratford Blue / Ensign to Redroute Buses, Northfleet. Thanks to Mac Head for this.
  • Reading Optare Vectas: 801 has passed to Grant Palmer, Leagrave, and 805 joins 806/8 at S M Travel, Harlow. Thanks to Mac Head for this.
  • Reading Bova Futuras: 271/3 have passed to Thorn (APT Coaches), Rayleigh. 272/4 will follow when Scanias 212/3 arrive. Thanks to Mac Head for this.
  • Reading Scania / Irizar Centurys: Page updated following arrival of 210/1
  • First Berkshire Fleet List: 6207 is now in Greenline livery, and 100 is definitely withdrawn. Thanks to Brian Coney for this.
  • Stagecoach South Midlands Fleet List: 52451 is in National Express GO new livery. Thanks to Keith Wood for this.

  • Reading Transport Fleet List: Bova Futura 271 was withdrawn on the 3rd and left for its new owner on the 4th. 273 is to follow when 211 arrives on the 11th.
  • Courtney Coaches Fleet List: New are G17 DER (originally P878 FMO) of unconfirmed type, and Optare Solo GU52 HXM which has previously been operated by Eastbourne Buses. FSF 235S has joined the main operational fleet from driver training duties.

  • Reading Transport Fleet List: New Scania / Irizar Century 210 arrived today, registered YN53 OZK. It wears a new two tone green livery, with goGOLDLINE.com fleetnames.

  • Stagecoach South Midlands Fleet List: New last week at Oxford was 20704 from Lancaster, it is currently away for repaint into new livery before entering service. 32058 is in new livery, and entered service for the first time in Rugby today. 18051-6 seating capacities corrected.
  • Stagecoach South Midlands Fleet List: Missed in the last few months: 42374 transferred from Oxford to Witney, 32057/63 and 32612 officially went back into service at Oxford from reserve, and 41515/21-2/24-5 were sold. Also 40172 and 14935 have been repainted into new livery, and 40128's loan from Leamington to Banbury seems permanent.
  • Reading Transport Fleet List: New Scania 210 is due to arrive this week, and 211 next week
  • Reading Transport MegaRears: New photo of rear on 472 added
