Stagecoach in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire Fleet
List: Withdrawn Oxford 40108/10, Witney 40654/7/8, and Banbury 52037 have all
been sold recently, most, if not all to companies external to Stagecoach and are in the
process of being collected. 40108 is reported to be going to be converted into a motor
home. The remaining withdrawn Mercedes 709D 40172 is to be converted into a second B16F
staff transport vehicle. Oxford 42376/586/588 and Banbury 42624 are to be withdrawn from
4th June following the expected entry into service of the new Optare Solos at Oxford and
the associated service changes. 42383 will transfer from Oxford to Banbury to replace
42624. The two new crew vans at Oxford are registered OU06 UPP and OU06 URZ, whilst the
third example has still to arrive.
30-05-06:
Thames Travel Fleet List: The first of the
new Scania / East Lancs Esteems for route X39 entered service today. It arrived over the
weekend registered PF06 ENO and wears the base colours of the new company livery.
Thames Travel Fleet List: Two more Esteems
were delivered today registered PF06 ENM/N, and the last is expected to arrive shortly

Weavaway Travel Fleet List: DAF / VanHool
LUI 9694 has now arrived already reregistered C3 OXF. R19 CES has passed to Moseley,
Wellington. It was due to be reregistered back to T908 LKE before sale, but still may be

Weavaway Travel Fleet List: Seven further
VanHool Alizées are expected over the summer to set up a new operating base at Abingdon
under the Oxford International trading name. Thanks to Route One magazine for this. They
will be DAFs LUI 9691/4/5 and Scanias N170/1 AAG, N367/8 JJT all ex-Holmeswood and to be

Courtney Coaches Fleet List: One of the new
Alexander Dennis Enviro 300 / East Lancs has arrived with the new Esteem styling. It
awaits registration. Further details on RX06 WRU are that is a DAF DB250 in plain white
livery with Sony lettering on the front and Motorola and Fujitsu on the side. Y812 KDP is
in a silver/grey livery with no reference to New Square Park. Thanks to David Nutton for

Stagecoach in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire Fleet
List: 34112/3 arrived at Nuneaton from London today but require centre door
removal and repaint. It is understood that several of these vehicles are expected for
eventual service in Nuneaton. Thanks to Tim Moss for this.
23-05-06:
Reading Transport Fleet List: 82 was
withdrawn possibly as early as 7th May, and departed for Shamrock Buses on 19th or 20th.
12, 14-17, 311, 313 were scheduled for withdrawal today after spending the last couple of
weeks parked together for use only as a last resort. They are to be decommissioned over
the next two days. 511 transferred to Newbury on 17th or 18th May in return for 502 which
is now withdrawn. 518 and 519 have now received Newbury livery ready for transfer and
512/3 are currently being treated. Thanks to Brian Coney for this. 465 has received
incorrect fleet numbers 456 over the weekend.

List: As expected 47106 arrived at Oxford on loan from Devon today, and
18054/5 went on loan to Devon in return. 13631 was only on loan to Nuneaton and returned
home several weeks ago.

Reading Transport Fleet List: A white Ford
Transit van has been acquired for the ancillary fleet. The only details known at present
are that is has a 51-registration and old Reading Buses logos.
Weavaway Travel Fleet List: YN06 CVX, WA06
GSU, WA06 GSV are confirmed as being in electric blue livery with Weavaway fleetnames.

Hong Kong MCW Metrobus OIL 4201 whilst B10 MNX has gone to Moseley (dealer). YN53 EHZ has

registered KX06 AZB/C. They are unlikely to enter service before 1st June. 47106 is

GSU/V arrived last week whilst B10 MTT and W19 CKY were sold. W19 CKY was reregistered

Oxford Bus Company Fleet List: 70 and 71
have returned from loan to Solent Blueline to operate the new summer timetable on the X70.
Meanwhile 9, 10 and 12 appear to be officially regarded as only being on loan Birmingham
Coach Company.
Reading Transport Fleet List: 827/31/33 and
1021-6 have all now arrived and are awaiting branding, 827/31 arriving on 25th,
833/1021/22 on 26th, and 1023-6 on 28th. 925 has a new MegaRear for Check-a-Trade
virtually identical to the one it wore for about two weeks during April, and 927 has lost
