Reading Transport Fleet List: 631
replaced 630 on loan to Newbury on approx 23rd. 456 has been sold to GM
Coaches, joining 457 and 467. 117 has been repainted and refurbished
into Newbury Transport Excellence livery and is expected back in service
on approx 30th. 471 departed for repaint on 21st January in exchange for
721. Thanks for Brian Coney for this. Meanwhile 458 has been withdrawn
from Newbury following the arrival of 721 and placed in reserve at
Reading. 925 has a new MegaRear for Thames
Valley University replacing its one for Ascot Races. Thanks to James
Cusworth for this. 926 also has a new MegaRear for Thames Valley
University.
Reading Transport MegaRears: New
photo of rear on 926 added. 471 is
likely to loose its MegaRear for Chatham Place (cross dressing pink
shoes) during repaint.
Reading Transport Fleet List: 721
(former 737) arrived in Newbury on 22nd ready for service in full
livery. Thanks to David Wilder for this.
Thames Travel Fleet List: 957 has
been incorrectly quoted as being OU57 FHB, but is actually FKB. Thanks
to Derek Bradfield for this.

returned to service from repaint by 19th. New is Citroen van RJ54 WTF in
cream with Quality Travel Reading Buses logos. 456 was still present in
Reading on 13th, but by 19th it appears to have departed for a new
owner, although this is not yet confirmed.
First Berkshire Fleet List: 64016
has been repainted into blue from silver Heathrow link livery. Thanks to
Stephen Le-Bras for this.

Reading Transport Fleet List: 472
has been repainted into Quality Travel livery, and is due to return to
Reading any time now. Thanks to Alistair Liddle for this. 932 have been
repainted into plain white with £3 Busabout lettering. Thanks to James
Cusworth for this. 709 has been named Thunderbird 3.
Courtney Coaches Fleet List: New in
December was Optare Solo M1020 YJ57 XXE. Thanks to Derek Bradfield for
this. List converted to Excel format.

Reading Transport Fleet List: It
appears that the report of 456 being sold was incorrect, and that it was
457 and 467 which have departed. These are confirmed as having arrived
at the EST Bus Group (EST, GM Coaches & Cartel Travel), South Wales.
Courtney Coaches Fleet List: An
ADL Enviro 400, two ADL Envrio 200s and a further 4 Optare Solos are on
order. Thanks to Route One magazine and Derek Bradfield for this.
Thames Travel Fleet List: Another
vehicle apparently on loan is Optare Solo PL06 TFY in plain silver.
Stagecoach in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire Fleet
List: 32627/8 have now departed from reserve to Stagecoach
South. Oxford 20822 and 20542 have taken their place in reserve, 20822
at Witney and 20542 at Banbury. Like the Darts they may see occasional
service, more often at Witney than Banbury. The fleet number for new van
YN57 CYY is 92952. 20208 has gone from temporary driver trainer at
Leamington and loan to Stratford to reserve, and 20219 has gone from
Stratford to reserve now that 20224 has returned.
Thames Travel Fleet List: The third
new MAN is AE57 LYP, which was in service by 24th December. Thanks to
Chris Maxfield for this.
Oxford Bus Company Fleet List: New
are Mercedes Benz Citaros 860-70 branded for the 13/X3/X13 which have
started to enter service in the last day or two. Similarly branded
849-59 have had their lettering for these routes removed. 613 has
returned from Go West Midlands, or did not transfer there as stated in

BMC School bus registered something like BG57 ZGJ. Thanks to Ian Mihell
for this. 64810 was withdrawn from Bracknell on 29th. Thanks to Mat

Thames Travel Fleet List: Another
new MAN is AE57 LYJ. Thanks to James Cusworth for this. A sixth Enviro
200 Dart is OU57 FHB, which along with the MANs still awaits fleet
numbers.
