Mortons Transport Goldline Metrobus

09-05-10

On 7th April Mortons of Basingstoke acquired former Reading Transport MCW Metrobus Mk2 144 as a schools backup and rail replacement vehicle, and according to a notice posted on the vehicle at the Cobham Rally on 11th they were shortly going to refurbish the interior and repaint it into it's original Goldline maroon and cream livery. True to their word, 144 appeared on rail replacement duties in Reading today resplendent in Mortons Transport Goldline livery.
